Registration

Be sure to choose the correct registration option. Note that you will be taken to different site called Zeffy to complete your registration. If your spouse/family is attending, each individual must be registered separately.

Also be aware that the registration software depends on tips of registrants to provide free usage for non-profits. You will be asked if you'd like to leave a tip but know that you are not obligated to do so to complete your registration.

Please note: If you are attending solo, there is no price difference for single or shared rooms.  

Cost

Early Bird Rate, before June 15:

Adult (18+):  $550 (€470)

Teen (12-17):  $435 (€370)

Child (1-11):  $295 (€250)

Baby (under 1):  Free

Regular Rate, after June 15:

Adult (18+):  $615 (€525)

Teen (12-17):  $480 (€410)

Child (1-11):  $320 (€275)

Baby (under 1):  Free

Day Rate Options: Benulux Network Day, Friday 24 July

If you have a support account and are just attending for the day, you will need to pay when you register then submit the expenses.

• 0900 - 1600: $41 (€35)

• 0900-2100 (Includes dinner):  $58 (€50) 

End of Registration: July 1

• Communitas Employees, Affiliates and Board members WITH A SUPPORT ACCOUNT: Choose the "Free" ticket option(s) and provide us with your support account number. Funds for Connect will be withdrawn from your support account in August.

• Guests or anyone attending WITHOUT A SUPPORT ACCOUNT: Choose the paid ticket option(s) and input your payment information when prompted.
